May 4-8, 2015 is National Teacher Appreciation week. In celebration, Superintendent Aaron Spence is proudly announcing that in August 2015, VBCPS will launch a year-long teacher appreciation campaign – bigger than ever before. See below for a sneak peak:
First- class video for a first-class school division! This video is creative and funny with a very important message. I am proud to be VBCPS teacher everyday. Moreover, I am very proud of the hard-working Woodstock teachers that I get the priviledge of hanging out with everyday. Once a teacher, always a teacher!! First- class video for a first-class school division!
Because even though I am a custodian I see what teachers go throughI think the video was right on the mark.
WOW! Engaging, appropriate and exciting! Definitely creates interests and makes me want to stay tuned! nice job!
Nicely done! This is a great depiction of what caring teachers are faced with on a daily basis. The only thing missing is the image of teachers leaving work with book bags filled with school work to complete at home because the work day ended and there were still papers to be graded, and plans to be made.
Thank you to all the teachers who care about our children, and do so many things to prepare them to become happy, productive citizens!
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was fun to make! And truly, it’s not that far off from what my lunch break actually looks like. 🙂 Thank you, VBCPS, for your support of teachers! This campaign sounds exciting! Great job to the media department, too. Everyone I spoke to today really got a kick out of the video. We all need a little humor in our day!
This definitely put a smile on my face! Who knew that Bevin Reinen was not only a fabulous teacher but also an outstanding actress. I am excited to see what is in store for us in the future!!!
Well done!!! I’m a cafeteria assistant and a mother. I applaud each and every teacher, your position is so much more than teaching. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I enjoyed the trailer. I could relate to each of those teachers, especially the missed restroom break and later wishing I hasn’t as I am looking in the hallway praying that someone would walk down it so that I could ask them to watch my class for a moment.
