The first-grade gifted education application deadline for parents has been extended to Friday, March 6.
Plaza Middle School’s Pathways to Success night has been rescheduled for March 18.
The forensics competition scheduled for Feb. 21 at Green Run High School will go on as scheduled.
The GED exam will be given Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Adult Learning Center. In addition, a community education course will also be held.
The Saturday Testing of Non-Virginia Beach Students (for gifted programs) will still be held on Saturday, Feb. 21 at Plaza Annex.
The Information Night for parents of first-graders interested in applying to Kemps Landing/Old Donation School has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 23. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.
Princess Anne High School will reschedule IB Admission Testing for Saturday, Feb. 28 as follows: Students with last names beginning A-L will test 9-11 a.m.; students with last names beginning M-Z will test 1-3 p.m.
Students needing a make-up testing date other than Saturday, Feb. 21st or Feb. 28th must email Helen Cox at Helen.Cox@vbschools.com to schedule in order to ensure adequate space.
