Virginia Beach City Public Schools students participated in a digital citizenship contest, Digital Citizenship Rocks. Contestants had the option to create a poster, picture collage, video, podcast, infographic, animation or public service announcement that showcases how the school division enforces and celebrates digital citizenship. Top entries were selected from individual school contests and are in the running for four citywide categories: elementary (kindergarten-second grade), elementary (third-fifth grade), middle school and high school.
