Being a child while a parent is deployed isn’t easy. For that reason, the school division is grateful to have outstanding teachers like Kingston Elementary School’s Stephanie Frisbee. While the father of one of her students was on deployment, Frisbee reached out to the family to let them know that she was there to support them. In addition, Frisbee coordinated a surprise that meant the world to both the student and his family.
