Jesse Wareing, of Wareing’s Gym in Va Beach, came to Linkhorn Park Elementary to workout with the school’s fourth graders. He taught them his five key points for athletic success including: Toes Up, Arm Position, Landing, Opposite Arm/Opposite Food, and Deceleration. Then, the students put the key points into practice with some strength and body weight exercises. Check out how they did below:
