The SCA of Landstown High School: Governor STEM & Technology Academy has received its second consecutive council of excellence award from the Virginia Student Councils Association (VSCA).
Landstown is one of only 15 high schools across the state to earn this honor, and is one of just three from here in Hampton Roads. They are joined regionally by Chesapeake’s Grassfield and Hickory high schools.
This honor for Landstown is in addition to the school earning a National Association of Student Councils (NASC) gold award of distinction earlier this spring.
Kudos to a fantastic set of students that make up SCA. It continues to grow and elevate throughout the years. So proud to be a co-sponsor!
Such a great honor to be a part of the Landstown High School SCA family!!
Congratulations Mikaela to you, and to your team of students & staff. What an important & impressive legacy your are managing to build for the benefit of those whom you serve. Those of us this side of New York continue to be so proud of the work that you do as an educator. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK☺♥
