Tickets are now available for the Virginia Beach Education Foundation’s (VBEF) annual Pearls of Wisdom Oyster Roast and Barbecue to be held April 4 from 1-5 p.m. at 24th Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This annual all you-can-eat, buffet-style event with live music by Wonderland, is a fundraiser to benefit Virginia Beach teachers and students through the foundation’s Adopt A+ Grants program for innovative school and classroom projects.

The menu includes oysters (raw and roasted), pork barbecue, fried chicken and fish, clam chowder, hush puppies and beverages.

Tickets, which quickly sell out, are $45 for adults until Feb. 14 and $15 for children. After Feb. 14, adult tickets will be $55.
