The Office of Custodial Services got an unexpected gift earlier this month: a  free lunch. Melvin Wilson, a custodian at the Laskin Road Annex, won the contest as part of the giveaway from radio station 95.7 R&B FM. DJ Charles Black delivered the winnings to the office and stopped for a few pictures.
