Eric Bone, from Kemps Landing Old Donation School, has been named Virginia’s Reading Teacher of the Year. The Virginia Beach Reading Council (VBRC) had named him as its annual Reading Teacher of the Year for 2014-15, and Bone went on to compete in the state competition.
