Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) students participated in the 32st Annual Great Computer Challenge April 1 at Old Dominion University. Students from secondary schools competed in the senior division, which included Level III (grades 6-8) and Level IV (grades 9-12) competitions. The junior competition, for grades K-5, will be held May 13.
The Great Computer Challenge is a joint project of WHRO, the Consortium for Interactive Instruction and Old Dominion University. It is a competitive opportunity for students in grades K-12 to demonstrate their knowledge of various computer applications and programming skills.
