Recently the students from Three Oaks Elementary participated in their annual Jump Rope for Heart event to support the American Heart Association. Students Christian Munoz, Cameron Lee, Ruby Milliken and Sam Lindsay jump for joy because the school met the goal of raising $25,000.
For meeting their goal, physical education teacher, Tom Warren, got slimed in front of the students at a “slime party.”
The “slime party” coincides with a National Health and Physical Education Month activity called Family, Fun & Fitness Day where parents join their children for physical education class.
