Elizabeth Williams, a graduate of Princess Anne High School, was the number two draft pick for the WNBA. Williams was drafted by the Connecticut Sun.
According to the Virginian-Pilot, while Williams was at Princess Anne, she was the Morgan Wooten National Player of the Year, a 2010 and 2011 First Team Parade All-America, 2011 USA Today All-USA First Team and Gatorade Player of the Year.
Williams also led Princess Anne to two state championships and won a gold medal playing for both the USA Basketball U16 National Team and the USA U19 National Team.
