The teams faced off at seven Virginia Beach public libraries, answering questions based on the reading.<\/p>\n<p>Eight winning teams from across the city recently met at Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library to compete for first place.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_323\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-323\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vbcpsblogs.com\/core\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/2013223-LIB-YFS-BOBTenBooks2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-323\" alt=\"Princess Anne Elementary's Ten Books, One Boy battle team won the championship. \" src=\"http:\/\/www.vbcpsblogs.com\/core\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/2013223-LIB-YFS-BOBTenBooks2-300x188.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vbcpsblogs.com\/core\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/2013223-LIB-YFS-BOBTenBooks2-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vbcpsblogs.com\/core\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/2013223-LIB-YFS-BOBTenBooks2-1024x642.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.vbcpsblogs.com\/core\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/2013223-LIB-YFS-BOBTenBooks2-478x300.jpg 478w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-323\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Princess Anne Elementary&#8217;s &#8220;Ten Books, One Boy&#8221; battle team won the championship.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The \u201cTen Books, One Boy\u201d team from Princess Anne Elementary emerged victorious.\u00a0The school received a trophy to display, and each member of \u201cTen Books One Boy\u201d received a medal.<\/p>\n<p>All participants in the finals were recognized with certificates and bookstore gift cards.
