Kempsville High School graduate Seth Lubaton is giving back to Virginia Beach City Public Schools, during National Arts in Education Week and beyond.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lubation was an award-winning artist at Kempsville who studied graphic design at Tidewater Community College.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He\u2019s currently painting a seascape mural in the cafeteria at Ocean Lakes Elementary School. The project is sponsored by the school\u2019s PTA.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Small touches on the mural include creating a plane tail number, \u201cOLES PTA,\u201d for the plane flying the banner in the top right corner of the mural. He is scheduled to complete the mural soon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
