Wellington “Larry” Lee of Bayside Middle School was named the 2013-14 Virginia Beach Male Middle School Coach of the Year. The award recognizes Lee as bringing both the boys basketball and boys track teams to city championships for 2013-2014. He has coached boys’ basketball and track for the 17 years that he has been at Bayside Middle.
