WalMart gives back to College Park teachers

After school dismissed on Tuesday, Oct 28, 2014, representatives from Walmart surprised College Park Elementary School staff members with a celebration and gift cards totaling $1,000. As part of Walmart’s Teacher Rewards program, each Walmart store selects one local kindergarten through eighth grade public school to and gives $50 reward cards to 20 teachers. College Park was a lucky winner. During College Park’s Give Back Day celebration, staff members were able to win special classroom furniture and gift cards.
