In 2013, the school division created a set of social media guidelines to help give guidance and insight to employees as they engage on social media platforms.
This spring, staff members from the Departments of Media and Communications, Human Resources, Technology and administrators from each school level, worked together to update the guidelines document. To see the new guidelines, click on the document below.
Specifically, these new guidelines address access to social media sites while using the VBCPS server as well as differentiation between personal and professional use.
