Newtown Elementary School teachers Lydia Hallman, Miriam Bogdanova, Ellen Shackley, Amanda Lewis, Margaret Merritt, Wendy Lyle and Jordan Dosamontes donned their specially designed shirts bearing the message, “To Teach is to Love.” The shirt was designed by Jennifer Blais, a third-grade teacher at Newtown.
