Retired Colonel Charles Kenison (fifth-grade teachers at Christopher Farms Elementary School), was presented with the honor of Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) District 2 Teacher of the Year. Principal Teri Breaux hosted the event with friends from Back Bay VFW and Kenison’s family attending as a surprise.
