Huff named Virginia Beach Reading Teacher of the Year

College Park Elementary School’s Tammie Huff has been named the Virginia Beach City-Wide Reading Teacher of the Year. Huff was presented the honor while working with her students on research in the library.

Sheila Wynn, principal of College Park Elementary, VBCPS City-Wide Reading Teacher of the Year Tammie Huff and Jennifer Haws, president of the Virgina Beach Reading Council, celebrated Huff’s award.

From here, Huff’s application will now be sent on the state level as the Virginia Beach nominee.
