Princess Anne High School’s Jamie Carpenter has been selected as the 2015 Outstanding Biology Teacher for Virginia.

This award, which was created by the National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT), identifies the best biology and life science teacher in each of the 50 states, Washington DC as well as each Canadian province, Puerto Rico and some overseas territories.

With the award, Carpenter is invited to an honors luncheon this fall at the NABT Professional Development Conference in Rhode Island.
