The Bayside Middle School Instructional Leadership Team recently took part in an off-site retreat at the Operation Smile headquarters. The team spent the day getting to know one another and analyzing testing data.

After lunch, the team was treated to an informational tour of the facility where they learned about the Operation Smile mission and the ways students across the world have taken part in missions for the organization.
