Getting those resolutions some help!

The Future Health Professionals (HOSA) of Bayside High School sponsored a special New Year’s Resolution Health Fair for its teachers and staff.

The fair was run by students from the Old Dominion University nursing program. Staff members were able to get their blood pressure checked, questions answered about diet and exercise and meet with a representative from the community health program about sugary drinks and fat versus muscle.

The event was a huge success and coincidentally was rolled out in conjunction with the school system’s new BEWell program.
