Tallwood High School’s Student Activities Coordinator, Christine Anderson, has been named the recipient of the Virginia Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association’s (VIAAA) Athletic Administrator of the Year Award.

This award is given each year to four individuals – one athletic administrator each in 1A/2A, 3A/4A, 5A/6A, and independent schools. Anderson will receive the 5A/6A award. Last year, Kempsville High School’s Tim Wolf took home the same honor.

Anderson will receive her award April 15 in Richmond at the association’s state conference.
