The latest edition of Virginia Teacher features Diamond Spring Elementary School Principal Gloria Coston. In the piece, Coston’s history in education is highlighted as well as the personal values that have served her well in administration and in life.

The magazine, which is free and available in a hard copy format in your school or can be accessed online here, also features an article about “The Leader in Me” program, which is based off Stephen Covey’s book, ”The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and encourages students to become better students and citizens.  It is used at the Tri-Campus (Diamond Springs, Bettie M. Williams and Newtown Elementary Schools), and features a picture of the collective administration.
