Apply for tuition reimbursement online

Employees seeking tuition reimbursement for professional development can now submit their documentation form electronically. In the past, hard copies were sent to Human Resources in a number of ways. Now, employees have the opportunity to upload their documents to their original applications and submit them by completing the online process.

Applicants must log into the division’s intranet, vbcps.com, to access the documentation form. This action will allow the system to re-direct the applicant to their previously submitted application.

1. On the home page, hover over the Forms tab and click on Human Resources.

2. Under the Electronic Forms header, located on the right side of the page, click on the EPDR Documentation Form.

3. This link re-opens the employees previously submitted tuition reimbursement application(s).

4. If the employee has more than one application, click on the application for which they need to submit documentation.

5. Follow the directions on the page to properly upload the documentation.

6. Agreeing to the terms and conditions will enable the submit button.

The electronic form may also be found on the Department of Human Resources homepage, under Financial Support and Allowances, Employee Professional Development Reimbursement. If you need help logging onto the Intranet, contact the Technical Support Technician (TST) in your building or the Customer Support Center at 263-1111, option 2.
