Windsor Oaks Elementary’s Norene Skiles has been given the Innovative Educator (TIE) award by Tech4Learning.

According to the Tech4Learning website, the Tech4Learning Innovative Educator program is designed to recognize the work that exceptional classroom teachers, trainers, aides, community organizations, principals and more are doing with Tech4Learning products.

Skiles is in good company. Last year, Strawbridge Elementary’s Katie Catania earned the same award.
