Skiles named VSTE Teacher of the Year

The 2012 Virginia Society for Technology in Education (VSTE) Teacher of the Year is Norene Skiles, the library media specialist at Windsor Oaks Elementary. The Teacher of the Year award recognizes and honors one Virginia teacher who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and leadership in implementing technology to improve education.

Principal Michael Maloney, Assistant Principal Ann Hurd, Norene Skiles and VSTE Board Member Katie Knapp celebrate Skiles’s Teacher of the Year award.
