Congratulations to VBCPS staff who have earned new licenses, degrees and certifications this year:

• Theresa Rywalt and Tara Aperauch, from Glenwood Elementary, have earned their Educational Leadership certificate. They have passed their SLLA, the state exam for administration, and are pursuing their EdS in Educational Leadership with a completion date of May 2015.
• Dr. Joy Byrd-Butler earned her doctorate in Education – Instructional Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University. See the celebration staff from the Bayside Sixth-Grade Campus threw for her achievement.
• Lisa Graber, office associate at Transportation Services, recently received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kaplan University.
