Corinne Cornwell, fifth-grade teacher at Windsor Oaks Elementary School, was presented Virginia Beach’s Best All Around Award at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. She was recognized for her inspirational work with children. In addition to teaching at the school, Cornwell sponsors the school’s Ecology Club and the SCA. Congratulations!
