Pembroke Elementary School’s Judy Wiggins was named a Fox 43 Hampton Roads Hero, which is given in recognition of extraordinary effort and commitment to the Hampton Roads community. Wiggins, an ID teacher at the school, was nominated by one of her student’s parents for all of her work with students with disabilities.
