Pembroke Meadows says goodbye to its 30-year Panther

Staff and students at Pembroke Meadows Elementary School said a fond farewell to Helen Stitzel. Stitzel retired this fall after being a kindergarten assistant at Pembroke Meadows for 30 years. The school held a small reception, which included a cake with 30 candles – one for every year Stitzel spent at Pembroke Meadows.
