Extreme ‘Lounge’ Makeover at Tallwood Elementary

Tallwood Elementary School teachers walked in to a new teachers’ lounge this school year.

Gerri Pattie and Suzanne Daughtery enjoy the newly painted and decorated teachers’ lounge that they helped create over the summer at Tallwood Elementary school in Virginia Beach. Pattie, a computer resource teacher, and Daughtery, a teacher at Tallwood, took ownership and helped paint, sew and revitalize the teachers lounge.
