The school division\u2019s Office of Technical and Career Education (TCE) presented its annual educator and credentialing awards April 2 at the Advanced Technical Center.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to the following teachers and counselors:<\/p>\n

TCE Middle School Teacher of the Year: Karen Franklin, business teacher, Corporate Landing Middle School
\nTCE High School Teacher of the Year: Heather Prince, financial management and computer information systems teacher, Green High School
\nTCE Middle School Counselor of the Year: Cindy Dull, Corporate Landing Middle School
\nTCE High School Counselor of the Year: Victoria Thompson, Kempsville High School<\/p>\n
