For the past 20 years, the transportation staff at the Glenwood garage have seen firsthand how the smallest gestures and acts of kindness can have a transformative power in a workplace. And that is because of Shawn Olsen, a transportation servicemen\u2019s helper. Beginning his time at the garage through a partnership with SECEP, he has now accrued two decades of service \u2013 helping to ensure our buses are prepped and ready for their routes on the road.
