All proceeds support the foundation&#8217;s Adopt A+ Grants program.<\/p>\n<p>Adult tickets are available for $40 through Feb. 16. Ticket prices increase to $55 Feb. 17. Tickets for children ages 6-12 are $15.<\/p>\n<p>Each ticket to the VBEF fundraiser includes an all-you-can-eat buffet of raw and roasted oysters, pork barbecue, fried fish and chicken, clam chowder and beverages. There will also be free entertainment from the band Wonderland and a live auction.<\/p>\n<p>The VBEF awarded $150,000 in grants, the most ever bestowed at one time, to deserving teachers this school year in honor of its 25th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>Pearls of Wisdom tickets may be purchased online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vbef.org\/pearls\/\">www.vbef.org<\/a>.
