Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) students participated in the 32st<\/sup>\u00a0Annual Great Computer Challenge April 1 at Old Dominion University. Students from secondary schools competed in the senior division, which included Level III (grades 6-8) and Level IV (grades 9-12) competitions.\u00a0The junior competition, for grades K-5, will be held May 13.<\/p>\n

The Great Computer Challenge is\u00a0a joint project of WHRO, the Consortium for Interactive Instruction and Old Dominion University.\u00a0It is a competitive opportunity for students in grades K-12\u00a0to demonstrate their knowledge of\u00a0various computer applications and programming skills.<\/p>\n
