Other sponsors included the No Kid Hungry nonprofit organization, the Hansen Family Foundation, OnieTonie Designs and various Virginia Beach City Public Schools departments.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u201cWe are always looking for creative avenues to engage students in school nutrition programs, whether it be through healthy scratch-cooked meals offered in the cafeterias, or nutrition education and school gardens,\u201d said Viorica \u201cVicka\u201d Harrison, director of the Office of Food Services.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This school kitchen on wheels will be another serving line for school cafeterias and help reduce wait times, especially in high schools during One Lunch. The food truck offers the same menu as the cafeteria and is capable of serving about 200 meals a day. Green Run High was the first school to enjoy the food truck but more schools will experience this treat in the coming weeks. The Food Services office is planning on bringing it to every high school. Other items on the menu included Big Daddy\u2019s Scratch Ready Pizza, Sloppy Joe on Bun, Fresh Entr\u00e9e Caesar salad, tater tots, fresh fruit, veggie salads and milk. Pairing healthy food choices with an outdoor atmosphere reinforces the division\u2019s commitment to supporting our students\u2019 health and wellness \u2013 we can\u2019t wait to bring the food truck
